When you contact us or fill in our enquiry form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property type and unit details, renovation budget range, preferred timeline, and any floorplan you choose to share.
Why we collect it

- To prepare design proposals and quotations
- To manage our relationship with you if you become our client
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers such as Google (forms, email and file storage) and website hosting providers to run our business. If you become our client, we may share project details with the contractors and suppliers working on your project.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise them.
