The Odd Layout is a design-and-build interior firm in Singapore. We treat design as a service: planned around you, and built with precision.
Why “The Odd Layout”
Almost every home has an odd layout: a narrow kitchen, a corner that wastes space, a room that never quite works. We start there. Our job is to turn the layout that frustrates you into the one that fits you.
Design as a service
Good design is not about our taste. It is about how you live. We listen first, then plan the layout around your routine, your budget and your home.
Precision, from plan to handover
We work from measured floorplans, draw every detail and quote item by item. Design and build sit under one roof, so what we draw is what we build.
